How we work
Someone always answers
A death does not keep office hours. Our line is open at midnight and on public holidays; on the first call we explain what needs to happen and point you in the right direction.
Our own vehicles
Transfers are made in our own funeral vehicles, which refrigerate down to −8 °C. That is what makes long distances and hot weather a non-issue.
You do not chase the paperwork
Forensic procedures, the doctor’s report, municipal registration and transport permits are our job. The only thing the family has to do is pick up the phone.
We make the coffins ourselves
Wooden and sealed coffins are produced in our own workshop, and we supply shrouds and headboards without waiting on anyone else.
Headstones under the same roof
Fırat Cenaze Hizmetleri is part of Fırat Mermer San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., which produces granite and marble graves. You will not need to find a separate firm for the headstone afterwards.
